2022-08-31T00:00:00I wanted to give a very detailed review because I tried using reviews to choose litter, but it was very hard to do because often the reviews vary wildly in describing the same qualities of the same litter. I’ll start by saying I’ve tried Fresh Step, Tidy Cats, Arm & Hammer, Pretty Litter, and various other silicone litters before settling on this one. I have one short haired, older female kitty who has one litter box.

But I was out of my old litter so I thought, well I’ll give it a few days and buy something else if I hate it. Let me tell you, the price is veeeery affordable for the amount and quality of product you get! I’ve tried two other litters and they both were either bad at keeping the smell, or were tracking like crazy. This one keeps my house free of any cat pee smell! 10/10 on that, even poop smell! It clumps extremely well, but I had a problem flushing it down the toilet, maybe I wasn’t supposed to? But it would plug up the toilet, again at first I thought, great now I have to throw it in a garbage and it will stink like pee everywhere. Actually that’s not the case at all! It clumps very well, and I can throw it in my open can and it doesn’t smell. People keep commenting on “wooow, your house doesn’t smell like cat urine”. My cat likes the litter, it seems to be very low tracking, went from vacuuming bathroom every other day to once a week (just a routine vacuum). 18lb for this price… just buy and try it! It’s worth it, you don’t like it? Well you didn’t waste much money on some weird tofu litter for 30$ per 10lb bag. I’ve also noticed that my cat stopped having leaky eyes, now I think that my previous litter made my kitty have allergy reaction. So far I’m extremely happy with this litter! The biggest issue is that the bag could’ve been a ziplock, or a box. Otherwise it’s just a plastic bag that can spill if not careful. I just put mine in a big bucket. My cat is looking healthy and happy, I’m very happy too because cleaning the cat box got much easier!
