The Durable polypropylene plastic is not affected by pool chemicals and the strainer basket pulls out for easy cleaning.
Requires an Intex filter pump with a minimum flow rate of 800 gph (3,028 L/hr).

The skimmer comes with a bracket, which fits those type pools, AND a bracket, which works with frame pools. (Read description to make sure both brackets are included in set you purchase.) Also make sure your filter pump handles at least 800 gph. -

2024-10-03T00:00:00This skimmer has been a life saver. It has kept so many leaves and bugs out of our pfull. We had to buy socks for it just to keep the small stuff from going down into the filter and it works perfect. You just clean the sock every so often and replace it if it gets too bad and you are good to go half. Your cleaning is done for you. It was super easy to install. And easy to run material is good quality.

2024-05-22T00:00:00Purchased this skimmer back in 2020 and about to use it for it's fifth pool season. One of the plastic latching bolts snapped last year and I needed to order replacements. But that's to be expected with plastic components that sit in the sun all summer. This year the connecting hose disintegrated, when I tried connecting it, again going on five years, plastic parts wearing out is to be expected, a replacement hose has been ordered.
