2024-12-15T00:00:00I bought my first Fiskars (the orange one) from an Ace Hardware store, and have been a fan ever since. I used the orange all purpose one for EVERYTHING and one day I misused it and bent it a little. So, I replaced it because it was worth a second round. Now, I bought these lovely gray all purpose shears for my office desk, and they're everything I wanted!!! The same, "ever sharp" hardened steel blades, the wonderful gray-neutral and comfortable handle, and hinges which don't come apart (I'm not really into the come-apart style). These are just perfect scissors!!! I feel great now that I have them. And I realized I can get the all purpose kitchen type which I spoke about already ---in gray, too!!! So, I will do that next, so I can keep the scissors out ---against my stove hood where I have lined the edge with a bunch of magnets. I have a bazillion kitchen tools up there, completely encircling my stove hood, and a pair of Fiskars would be great up there, too, considering how very frequently I use them. Thanks, Fiskars for absolutely wonderful scissors!!! These new desk scissors will be loved for years to come!!! -
