2023-02-13T00:00:00After tech support helped me with installation the program worked seamlessly, within 10 minutes I had made my granddaughter a Birthday card and printed on all four halves of one sheet of paper. including personalized text, photo, and shape graphics. I did have a similar card making software so some of the terms and icons I was somewhat familiar with but it prompts you through it so I would recommend this to beginners as well as users of earlier software for cards. Graphics are GREAT and plentiful! This was money well spent. I would recommend this seller and this software to others.

2018-07-10T00:00:00the program is ok, but it has issues. We tried to repair the earlier version because it lost items and froze up often. We decided the software was too old and purchased the updated version. This one also has issues and at times looses content or refuses to save documents. One would question, is it operator error? We have three different individual working with this software and they all have problems on a regular basis. If it is operator error, the software is not user friendly. If the operators are not making mistakes, the software as too many glitches. We use it because we have it. In the future I will look for a better system. On the other hand it was not expensive, I guess you get what you pay for.

2021-03-18T00:00:00For over 20 years, I have run a singing telegram company, and used Print Artist for designing our certificates to present at the delivery. I've always found this program easy to use, with tons of images. Easy to use interface, even when you want to import your own image. I was disappointed when I recently bought a Win 10 laptop, and my older Print Artist Platinum was incompatible. I was reluctant to buy it again, but did so based on it's track record. The new version is just as nice as the old. Installation was a breeze, and I was up and running on the Win 10 laptop in no time. For the beginner, this product is easy to use - drop and drag with easy to understand menus and features. For the more advanced user, there are menu options and tweaks that allow even finer manipulation to suit your creative genius.

2022-07-25T00:00:00Updated review (7/29/22): Downgraded to two stars. Here's why. Worked fine for three days, then just stopped. No tech support to speak of, but found recommendation to uninstall, reboot system, then reinstall. Did that - no joy. Poked around and discovered that uninstall does not remove everything, and fresh reinstall doesn't apparently overwrite existing files. It seemed that the remaining bits were issue. I uninstalled again, then manually deleted the Print Artist (Nova Development) temp files that remained after uninstall. Also edited the Windows registry to remove the Print Artist registry keys. Then, rebooted system and did a fresh Print Artist install. Working fine again; time will tell if it lasts. This is more than what an average user should be expected to do. This is sloppy software development (I know, I used to work in software dev). Also, for those of you who are migrating from Print Master, this product is no where near as versatile and fully featured as PrintMaster was.
