2024-08-19T00:00:00I bought this kit for my two teenagers to have a tie dye day and also to make them both some winter shirts. I bought 10 long sleeve white cotton t-shirts, size 2xl to make sure they had plenty of room to grow and in case it shrinks. -

2021-07-26T00:00:00I have bought this kit 3 times now, and I love it! Colors stay bright after multiple washes (in cold or eco-warm-just because that's what I usually run the washer on). I made burp/spit up rags and crib sheets with the first batch so they have spent quite a bit of time in the washer, not to mention that I have soaked them in Oxyclean and it doesn't ruin the colors. The first 2 pictures are all the items I did with one single kit this last time (don't mind the gag gift boxers LOL). The final picture is from when I first tried this kit 15 months ago and it has survived well through all the washings and the Oxyclean soaks. I do suggest cotton fabric but I noticed that some brands put a thin waxy coating on their fabrics to keep it clean for shipping, so I just wash them on warm with just a little detergent and dry them before binding them. I had no problems with the brands Haines or Fruit of the Loom and didn't prewash them, but had to massage it a bit as I dyed them for full saturation.

2023-06-12T00:00:00This kit is simply amazing. I don't often write reviews, but depend on them when purchasing products so I thought I would lend my endorsement to this wonderful kit. It was so simply to use and had an enormous amount of dye and everything you would need for almost any size of project. I had to dye book bags for my class and hadn't ever tie dyed before so I was hesitant. The directions were simple, colors were gorgeous and the process was flawless. I was shocked! I was able to dye 25 cavas book bags and four men's t-shirts, but we ended up discarding all the extra dye so, honestly, we could have even done a larger project. I purchased two kits, but will save the other for next year's students. What a great product and a wonderful value. Plus...it was really fun!

2021-09-14T00:00:00Los colores son bonitos y vibrantes, además de que como viene bastante da para hacer una fiesta con amigos sin problemas, hablo desde la experiencia. Tiene las gomas, guantes... todo lo necesario. Si que aconsejo bañar las camisetas primero en sosa para que coja bien los pigmentos y lavar varias veces las camisetas después de teñirlas para evitar sustos si las juntas con otras prendas.

2020-04-21T00:00:00This product is awesome. Easy to use at the kitchen sink. Just covered the counter with plastic bag to protect it. We used Bakers cooling racks over the sink while adding colours. The colours are great! So many options and colour combinations. Used Ziploc bags to store in for the time period required. Elastics are reusable, don't cut them! We've dyed too many projects to count.... a hoodie, a t-shirt, pencil cases, cotton bags and there is still more die. So worth it. So fun!
