2024-11-14T00:00:00This product worked wonders on my baby's diaper rash. However, since there is cod liver oil in the ingredients, there is at times a fishy odor. I had one tube where the smell was mild and another stronger. This product worked and has a very reasonable price compared to other 40% zinc options, so I didn't mind the fish odor. If anything, cod liver oil is good for the skin which is why it is in there.

2024-11-05T00:00:00Love this cream. But if really bad butt yo the point of bleeding. Mix with Vaseline . Wash with a clean wash cloth. Dry very well the put cream mixture on. No more bleeding baby but. Apply as needed. After wash has healed. 100% love. Give this as a gift.
