Came home, installed the new ink and started the remainder of the job. No Luck, the ink was not H/P compatible, even thought it was touted as such. Frustrated I went to Amazon and ordered this pack. It came the day after I ordered it. Voila, truly H/P ink, worked the first try, and I finished the job on time. I'm still using that pack and am thrilled with the quality. I went back and the advertisement stated it was HP substitute that was compatible with my printer software. I got stuck! Could not use the cartridges software was not compatible. I used a syringe to refill my old cartridge and it would not read the ink level. Your service was fast and as advertised.

2024-09-13T00:00:00Product recognized by printer as OEM (HATE HP doing this!!!). Usually get stated capacity of printing from these cartridges, but did have one set that immediately after install showed less than 20% remaining capacity, and they did stop printing after only a few dozen pages. Quite a bit more expensive than the generics, but found (in past on older printers) they had little consistency in capacity of print quality.
