2024-10-29T00:00:00I expected to be disappointed but I am very impressed. This faucet works very well, hoping the washers last a long time. The install was very easy. They have a very clever elongated nut that makes it so much easier to put on than old faucets. The hardest part will be taking out the old faucet. Just make sure the weighted hose has nothing obstructing it going up and down. I used a piece of smooth plastic to keep it from rubbing on the angle stops below. It works flawlessly. If I had one complaint it's that I wish the spray would turn off when you let go of the button, instead you have to switch to the other button. It's hardly an issue though. The stainless steel color is a perfect match to everything else already installed and the finished seems like it's fairly robust. -

I rarely do reviews but felt the need to jump on right away because of how impressed I was with the ease of installation, quality, and workmanship. This would actually be a great faucet at 3x the price but don't tell the seller! 🤫 You'll spend more time removing the old faucet but after that, even the most handyman-challenged individual could install this faucet. The faucet is hand tightened onto the sink (no wrench required) and a single wrench will connect the two water lines. That's it! This faucet looks great and works great! So glad I found this product.

2024-11-08T00:00:00I learned about this product from an article featuring '10 Best' faucets. It was said to be good looking, fully functional, and easy to install. AND...it was much less expensive than the others. So I bought it. It came with clear instructions but when I tried to install it, the threaded neck that goes through the counter wasn't long enough to reach the other side because my counter was too thick. I called WeWe customer service and they immediately sent me a longer neck that fits perfectly. I was able to complete the installation without tools in minutes. And the faucet works great and looks great in our kitchen.

2024-11-21T00:00:00Just bought the Faucet in October. I was impressed since I opened the box. The packaging is best in class. Then the installation is so easy. It is designed thinking on the end user. Took me more time removing the old faucet that installing the WEWE one. The materials are high quality and durable. I was really impressed and satisfied. I can also say that their customer service is best in class. I have a couple of question and Laney answered in less than 24 hours. Honestly I would really recommend this brand because they put customer first. Thank you Laney and WEWE for trying to do the best for the customer. I will keep buying WEWE Products.

I'd put it up against a $300 faucet by Delta, Kohler, or others any day. My mother-in-law liked ours so much that she ordered one for herself, which I easily installed for her. -
