2023-03-07T00:00:00I recently purchased Weber Apple Wood Chunks for smoking meats and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. The wood chunks are the perfect size for use in my smoker, and they burn cleanly and evenly, giving my meats a deliciously sweet and fruity flavor. -

2024-09-03T00:00:00Hew yeah, it really works. Sure I have had smoked meats before but this is the first time I was the one doing the smoking. So my first cook was a full Turkey which I smoked all day long and used 6 pieces of wood from my bag of Weber Pecan Wood Chunks, for Grilling and Smoking. Turns out that was too many for our liking. 6 pieces really puts a hearty flavor on that is definitely Pecan. So I tried again ........ -

2024-07-14T00:00:00Perfect for charcoal smokers. Very good quality. No bark and chunk size works well for us. Burns for a long time and produces plenty of smoke. Simply add a few chunks to your hot coals to produce smoke. -

2024-12-27T00:00:00I use these on my Propane BBQ in a small soup can. I remove the grate and place the can right onto the flame with it turned all the way down to low. I put my meat on the far side and it works really well. I prop open the lid slightly if I need the temperature to be lower. Works wonders to get some smoke onto your ribs etc. -
