2021-08-21T00:00:00If you let your service slack Fortinet will BACKDATE the service to when you had support. In my case they backdated it 6 months. So I paid for one year and got 6 months. AVOID. I Complain to Fortinet and their resolution was buy a multi-year contract.. so I will be dumping my Fortinet firewall and getting something else. AVOID if you can.
