      I had an issue with my license, even though it's not caused serenIT, they still did their best to try to resolve it for me and stated they would provide a refund if I can't get it working. I also contacted fortinet directly however their customer service is useless because this is personal device but not enterprise account and fortinet simply just don't care. When I mentioned this to SerenIT, they offer to find the answer through their fortinet contact. End of the day we found a workaround and the issue is resolved. Thank you and will buy again.
