I've been purchasing this snow Joe brand online through Amazon for the last couple of years and the only disappointment was this time when I opened 1 of my 2 boxes to get the ice melt bags out, one if the bags had a large cut about 3-4 inches up the bag. Fortunately, I had another container I could empty the ice melt into but when emptying it I noticed there were several large clumps due to moisture getting inside the bag.
