2025-01-22T00:00:00I purchased two of these 2 months ago. Initially, they both worked well. It took some time, but the pain in my elbows substantially subsided. The high density foam worked well. However, after a month of use the velcro on one strap no longer holds in place no matter what I do. If you get a get working strap, then I would recommend it.

2025-01-06T00:00:00This works really well to alleviate most of the pain for my tennis elbow. It's easy to position it on the pressure spot needed. I have smaller forearms, so the straps do overlap a bit and it can leave pressure marks if you make it tight enough to work effectively, but I think that can't be avoided because it needs to be pretty firmly pressed down to work well. I'm glad I have this now--had no idea until my doctor recommended getting some kind of brace. It seems to cut down on the amount of pain even after I take it off to give my arm a rest from the pressure. Glad it comes in a two-pack so I have back up once this one gets worn out. Seems sturdy, so not sure when that will happen. There are no instuctions, but my doctor showed me where to position it on my arm, so I had an idea of how to position it.
