The media could not be loaded. I have been embroidering for over 55 years. I have used many brands and been disappointed in more than a few. I took a chance on this brand and so far, I am happy I did. I found it soft to handle and it didn't irritate my hands. It pulled nicely through the fabric and I didnt have any issues pulling the floss through any previous stitchs. I have not experienced any tangling or fraying. The strands held together nicely as I sewed. When separating strands, I didn't have any issues. I believe if you pull to fast you have problems with any brand so I always practice patience.
