You know it’s time to replace it when it starts to emit quite the stinky odor. Buy several at a time to be prepared, as well as helping it be more effective.

2023-04-23T00:00:00Let me start off by saying, these things work AMAZING for houseflies. I don't know why, but we have a ton of flies outside in our area. I purchased some of these hoping they would help get rid of the flies. While they work, they also kind of don't. Let me explain. -

2024-11-14T00:00:00They catch a lot of flies but they also seem to attract more flies than you are trying to get rid of. The smell is terrible. You won't want to place them indoors or anywhere that you'll be near outside as the odor is truly awful. I used them during the summer occasionally when flies started getting bad near my coop. I ended up swapping my wood chips in my run for sand and that helped a lot more. If you had a severe fly problem these could help as they do work well, but for minor nuisances this may be a bit much. -

2024-07-16T00:00:00I’ve had a massive problem with flies and maggots on my trash can. These have helped significantly in just 5 days. Most reviewers will say that it stinks and I agree. The smell is unpleasant. I followed the direction and reviewers by putting this away from walking areas, doors and about 10 feet from where I keep my trash can. I can’t smell it day to day, up close I can get a hint of it. There’s probably 3 inches of flies on top of the solution. I don’t think it actually kills them as many are climbing over each other trying to escape. The solution in the bag is just for the attraction of flies they can get in but can’t get out. I’m not sure what the removal process will be like but it definitely attracts flies and captures them. No more flies buzzing around my trash can. No more maggots along the edges and top of my trash can. It’s given me enough time to deep clean my trash can and possibly avoid thousands of maggots in the future. I would definitely buy this again but I’m not sure if it will last more than a few weeks at this rat

2024-05-06T00:00:00Funciona muy bien, es un poco asqueroso de ver los primeros dias porque las moscas revolotean a su alrededor o incluso aun dentro de la bolsa, al paso de 1 semana o 2 empiezan a morir y deja de haber movimiento dentro del contenedor, lo máximo que lo he dejado son 3 semanas pues el olor empieza a ser un poco más fuerte, tolerable aun pero si más notorio. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque la verdad el precio me parece alto para estarlas comprando cada mes y aunque puedes comprar una sola vez el contenedor reutilizable y solo comprar el contenido para hacerlo más económico, no me animo porque si me da mucho asco tener que vaciar el contenido, tirar toda la bolsa me es más cómodo, pero pues es más caro y general más basu
