2024-11-28T00:00:00Easy to install. Decided to put in vent, but came with dashboard mount as well. Able to hold my iPhone XS with a large Otterbox case and holds it firmly in place. Tilts in the right direction and is quite sturdy. I especially like the push button for widening the arms and the soft rubbery surface that holds the phone in place. Excellent product. -

However, I had problems with the suction cup sticking to my car, as it would fall off after a couple of days (first tried the windshield, then the dash, and finally the vent). Vanmass customer service was excellent in their response and ended up sending me a new unit. So far, I have not had any problems with the new holder falling off. Given their customer service quality, I would recommend this brand.

2024-11-13T00:00:00I bought this to replace one that lasted me about 4 years and this one has held up almost as long. It is relatively sturdy and the suction has held up no problem. It’s a great phone mount that allows me to readjust in any direction and even move it closer or farther away from me. Definitely recommend this product and it’s great for the money.

They offered me a refund but I asked if they could send me a replacement because maybe something happened to mine or I had a bad seed. They sent me a new one and it worked amazing. Super sticky, has not fallen off the windshield and holds my phone perfect. I even took it off to see if it would restick and it did, twice. I would buy from them again as the product is everything they say and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you very much.

2024-07-30T00:00:00J’en avais déjà acheté deux d’une autre marque qui n’ont pas tenu le coup. Certes un peu plus cher mais hyper robuste et le décoller du pare-brise n’est pas chose facile ! Enfin un bon produit ! Maintenant l’achat est récent donc j’attends de voir le comportement sur du grand trajet.

Very good product, it’s easy to assemble, holds my phone securely, it’s also very adjustable so you can angle your phone to which ever suits your preference and I also like that you have the option to secure it to either your dashboard, windscreen or air vents. After two years the product still works as well as it did on the first day.
