2023-12-01T00:00:00I purchased a Visa $200 Gift Card and it shipped on Nov 4 and arrived to me on Nov 5th in the original packaging which was not damaged. I always look carefully as I used to work for a GC manufacturer. After opening the package I tried to use the card and it continued to decline so I called the number on the back of the card and they said I had to go online and activate it with a pin or they could do it for me. This is the number on the back of the gift card. Finally activated I put it in my desk drawer to use at a later date and when I went to use it, there was a balance of .36 cents. That means in the 11 days it was locked in my office drawer where no one else had access to it someone used the card at Victoria's Secret and Google. I called Amazon - and they said NOT THEIR PROBLEM even though they sold it to me. They delivered it to me. NOT THEIR PROBLEM I will remember that. They said to call Visa I asked the number to call and she said it was on the back of the card lady.
