A rare find in my opinion. For less than $200 this bass guitar cannot be beat. Mine came with a perfect set up. Good action no sharp rats. Very good intonation and no problems with neck relief or buzzing. I could not be happier with this deal. I have a minor problem with the strap button jack. It’s an unusual shape and hard to fit a strap on. The tuner works fine, but is a little slow in response. The jury is still out on the tuning machines. I wish it came with a case, but at this price, I understand. I am so happy with this instrument I invested in the Cordoba 1/4 size gig beg. Fits good but tight at the headstock. Overall, the instrument is so easy to play and so very fun. It looks great, feels very tactile and light. I recommend a using a wide strap as the instrument is a little neck heavy And it does sound terrific, both acoustically and plugged in. I would buy this again in a flash, but there is no need as this one is a keeper. Love it.

If you're having any doubts on this one.. stop having those doubts. This thing kicks some serious ass. It's acoustic electric so its plenty loud without an amp but can be plugged in if needed to really rock the block. Sound wise - this thing compares to quality basses, it sounds great slapping and popping, tapping sounds awesome and easy, shorter scale makes it easy to shred up and down the neck, it has like 20 frets so good enough for me. you can strum it like an acoustic guitar and it sounds great. extremely versatile, good wuality, and i didnt have the fret filing issue that others experienced. highly recommend for beginners and enthusiasts alike. myself - started playing bass 15 years ago but fell out of it for a while, and this was an amazing instrument for getting back into it. best value ive seen for an instrument. metal strings. amazing sound. so fun to play. I wanted a portable fun toy bass for camping and travel, and this thing is just the ticket. There are several similar basses by other manufacturers that all use these same round wound nylon strings. The Ibanez PNB14E sounds a bit better, but it's also quite a bit bigger and more expensive. I haven't tried the Taylor - I'm sure it's great but it's a LOT more expensive. I also haven't tried the UBass with its rubber strings - I wanted something a little bit bigger than that.

Very happy with my purchase. Can't really think of anything to complain about. Well crafted using quality materials throughout and sounds great. Comes with D'Addario XTB3790GS strings developed by Taylor for their $1000 equivalent. The Ubass look pretty nice but has the strange rubber strings and are about 4 inches smaller. The Ibanez is about 4 inches longer. I think the size of the Cordoba is just about right. Looks less ukulele toy-like while still keeping the benefits of the small form factor. I can't say for sure because I haven't tried the Ibanez or Kala, but my feeling is if the price was the same between these 3 and I was able to play them side by side I'd still pick the Cordoba.

I love playing this bass, great quality for the money! Great tone for the mini bass when playing acoustic and it sounds great plugged in. Really happy about this purchase. I enjoy playing as it's light weight to jam with. Definitely recommended if your in the market for a mini bass.

Excelente tamaño y peso , tiende a ser incómodo tras varias horas tocando , pero para el tamaño y precio es muy potente ;)
