    I purchased a used iPad Pro 12.9” 5th gen and added on a four year Asurion plan. Nearly a year after buying them, we couldn’t get the iPad to take a charge. I sent it in for the charging problem, but I didn’t find out until after I sent it in that there was a break one one corner of the screen. Nevertheless, four days later when we got it back, everything was repaired, including the screen issue I didn’t report. Sent it out on Tuesday, got it back fully repaired Friday morning, we were very pleased with the thoroughness a and speed of the repairs, very satisfied with the coverage for the cost.

    From the time Asurion received my tablet to the response was two days and immediately received my Reimbursement for full amount originally paid. Also customer service was very knowledgeable and caring.

    All i can say is I'm glad I got the protection. It paid for itself in spades. Had to have my tablet screen repaired once, took 3 days. This time it was unrepairable and they refunded me (almost) the full price of the tablet. Wish I could have gotten my old one back, but that's in me, not them. Ordered a new one and, of course, got the protection again.

    As a student, I knew I couldn't afford a new laptop in the middle of school. I paid the extra money to protect my product and it worked exactly as intended. I filed a claim and within a day I had received shipping information. I sent my package a couple days later. They received it on Monday, and by Wednesday had told me it was not repairable and refunded the full purchase price of the device to put towards a new one. I was able to get a new device ordered and received it about 12 days after the original break. I was extremely pleased with the turnaround time, constant updates, and how easy it was to get a new device. I wish that it could have been repaired, but I am more than satisfied with the outcome and the timeframe. I will be purchasing this on all portable electronic devices in the future, at least for as long as I cannot afford to replace it should something go wrong.

    I bought a Samsung Tab S7+ tablet for my spouse for her birthday. After almost 4 years she noticed that the screen has mysteriously cracked. I am very glad I decided to purchase Asurion support at the time I bought the tablet. The screen was repaired in no time flat!

    I recently had to use my warranty on my granddaughter's Apple Ipad Pro. We initially had the runaround with Amazon and Apple. Needless to say, I was fortunate enough to have purchased an extended warranty from Asurion. The claim process was pain-free, and the return was relatively easy. They had an answer to me within 1 day of receipt of the Ipad and a gift card for over $700. This is the second time that spending the extra $159 for the warranty has paid for itself 10-fold. I would not buy an Amazon refurbished product without this coverage. If it's not offered, I move on to another product. I get it's a lot of money when you're already spending over $700 on a product. However, this saved me from having to shell out another $700 after only 1 year of owning it and being stuck with a very expensive brick. Well worth every penny. Thanks Asurion.

    Sent in they said they were ordering a part then came back and said it was not repairable and were sending a gift card in said. Given they thought they could fix it w/ this part I question whether they didn't just write it off to save cost.

    So this is the second claim we've done with assuring. If Amazon offender a different insurance we would deffer to a different one. Assurion is not easy to work with, this last claim, and by the way it was the same claim as we did with my husband's phoen so we knew the issue. One little error on the form they send and email stating denied (a phoen number was different) and then they gave you a new claim number and you start all over, then the photo of the Amazon receipt was not to there liking claim denied again, had to start over again, so 3 claims later finely got approved. The customer service on there end really really bad. Don't they try to act like you know nothing a different really talk down to you. But the only choice you have is them or no insurance and the cost of these unlocked phones you need something. So maybe Amazon could look in to giving a different insurance to choose from. Until the it's the lesser of 2 evils.
