2024-10-24T00:00:00I purchased this headset, as I am a fitness instructor so will use it multiple times a day. It came very quickly! I charged it up and was ready to use. The sound quality is awesome and the range is even better. However I charged it for the next day and when I turned it on, it only worked for about 15 minutes and then the adaptor died. I tried a few troubleshooting ideas and it didn't work so I reached out to the company directly. The responded in less than 24 hours and were fantastic. Michael had me try one more thing and when that didn't work they sent me out a new one and I had it 2 days later! It's hard now a days to find a company that not only backs their products but also has incredible customer service. Will absolutely continue to purchase from this company in the future. -

2023-11-17T00:00:00EDIT: the seller generously replaced the defective mic, and the replacement unit works well. Minor sound issues occur when the mic is too close to another speaker (playing music), but that’s avoidable. Sound quality is good considering how inexpensive this mic is.

2023-02-15T00:00:00I am a full time teacher and I DJ on the side. I have a PA in my classroom that I plugged two of these into through a mixer. I share my classroom with another teacher so I bought 2 of the headset units. I own Shure and AKG wireless mics for DJing and have found you get what you pay for generally so I was skeptical about a mic that was priced so low, but figured I didn't have much to lose. We have used these for for about 100 school days so far and they produce clear audio that rarely drops out. The furthest I get regularly in my class is maybe 40' from the receiver and I only remember one time it cut out for a split second.
