2024-11-17T00:00:00I ordered this yo use for aftwr helene while our water is still contaminated. I plugged it in like normal and nothing had worked, light came on but dimmed immediately woth a different charger i used, original didnt work. I went to get a repalcement to try it again and not even 10 hrs later i had a notification saying that the repalcement got sent out and recieved that next day. Very pelased as i havent even returned the one that had issues yet. I recieved it today and charged it per instructions and tested and it works perfectly! Will update with another review later on to see how well it holds up. It is louder than anticipated but works perfectly and quickly. Way easier than having to pour water to wash my hands or brush my teeth. -

The bottle we have is for our trailer & is to small for this model( hints the paper towel around the bottom) but works amazing. Water flow is perfect, battery life great easy to use. 💯 recommen -

Works great , a little loud but not bothersome . I recommended. Tip: keep it out of the reach of curious children😁 -

So I submitted a 1 star review and the seller immediately reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and appeased me wonderfully! It’s hard to come across good sellers so I will definitely give their products another try! -

2024-10-23T00:00:00I use this on 4-gallon jugs of drinking water, and so far so good. It was easy to charge, assemble and install. I have very hard water and adding a whole home filtration system is not an option. Filter pitchers just don't do the job, and lately our water has smelled and tasted even worse than usual. I have wanted to have a better option, but the large water dispensers are too expensive and take up too much room to be reasonable in my small kitchen. I was thrilled to find this dispenser. A 4-gallon jug takes up about the same counter top real estate as my filter pitchers did, and now I have clean drinking water on demand for myself and my dogs instead of the constant refilling of pitchers and waiting for them to filter. -

2024-11-25T00:00:00It's a handy gadget. It's very convenient and easy to use. It's loud enough when dispensing that it could wake a guest in the same room. It lasts about 2 days using it about 5 times a day. (Very quickly) It takes at least an hour to charge and no light to indicate that it has charged completely.

2024-07-08T00:00:00I bought this in hopes that it would be better than the old rack to lay the 5 gallon jug in and attach a spout to. I was not only surprised but super impressed. I waited to do this review until the first charge. We went through five 5 gallon jugs before having to charge it. The last jug had about an inch of water left in the bottom when the pump stopped. It has USB for charging and takes a few hours to charge. I charged it straight out of the box and didn't use it for almost 2 weeks and then sporadically after until a couple weeks ago. Since then I have been using it multiple times a day as we do not drink our well water. This has saved counter space, doesn't leak and it pumps about 1.5 litres before it stops on it's own. Would buy again for anyone that I know uses bottled water.
