The chlorine levels in my pool were taking a beating with the sun (I couldn’t keep any level at all no matter how much shock or boosting on my salt water chlorinator). Added the recommended amount and 3 weeks later my chlorine levels have been stable ever since. I actually had to turn down my salt generator because the chlorine levels went too high! Price was very reasonable and the bag had the exact amount as advertised (see photo with scale). There were some negative comments about this not dissolving properly, but the recommended method is to add to your skimmer and let it sit in filter for at least 2 days (the time in which it takes to dissolve). If this doesn’t work for you then you need to get a liquid conditioner instead. Highly recommend this product

2024-11-17T00:00:00I add this when I first open up my pool in the spring. I've found after balancing my pool and adding this stabilizer, I hardly have to touch the chemicals all season. If definitely presents the chlorine from evaporating and is well worth the cost to prevent frustration. I always have this on hand each season but never have to add more after my initial instillation. Highly recommend!

2024-08-17T00:00:00The Clorox App makes adding this chemical in the appropriate amount easy. Product works well and lasts about one month. Dissolving directly in the water takes DAYS and has the potential to negatively affect the pool liner! I will pre-dissolve next time or add to a nylon sock and allow the product to slowly dissolve over time. I did not feel comfortable adding to my pool strainer and making my pump temporarily work harder.
