      This book binder works great! definitely be patient and don't overload it when hole punching, but it has worked fine for me!

      I had never used one before so instructions would've been nice. There are some, but minimal. I had to play around with it to figure it out, but it is pretty easy to figure out and use. But it works really well. It punches the paper nicely. I tried punching a laminated sheet and though it punched it, it didn't punch 100% through. It was pretty close, though. There were a few spots that I had to cut out with scissors.

      I needed a good binder to bind my homeschool materials and this has worked wonderfully! It was fast and easy to set up and figure out. I love that it came with 100 binders so that I could get started right away!

      So far I have been really happy with my purchase. I have used it to bind things several times a week for the past month (or so). I have pushed the 12-page limit many times (not a good idea because of the force it takes to get through them) and it has held up just fine. Keep in mind "12 pages" refers to basic copy paper. If you use card stock, you should probably count that as 3-4 pages each.

      I purchased this unit June 2021 with minimal use. I wanted to bind some paper documents and now I cannot punch through more than 2 sheets without it getting stuck. Every time I try to punch through a few sheets at a time, it continually gets stuck and rips my papers. I have taken the machine apart and see where the paper is getting stuck, but cannot fix it. It is very frustrating and it is now a useless machine.

      So, from the other customer reviews, yes, you can have a machine break on you. We had a small part fall out of the binder shortly after the 2nd use. However, I contacted customer service and received a reply within hours. They apologized and said that they didn't have any currently in stock but gave me the choice of a refund or they would ship some open box ones to me right away if that would work. I really wanted the binder so I opted for this path and ended up with another 3 machines within a week. So far so good on the new ones. Bottom line, don't be afraid to take a chance on these because the customer service is the best I've seen from an Amazon merchant.

      I've never used one of these before, but it was very easy to learn and operate. I love the product, except for the fact that it doesn't put holes in PVC Binding Covers perfectly -- not even nearly perfect. Punching holes in one cover is a disaster; punching holes in 3 or more is a disaster. Punching holes in 2 isn't much better, but it's the best that it gets. So if you're using lots of PVC Binding Covers, maybe get another machine.

      Der Preis hat mir Anfangs zugesagt, aber als die Lieferung kam, waren keine Spiralen dabei, obwohl sie mit angepriesen sind. Das ärgert mich gerade sehr, weil ich es jetzt gebrauchen könnte.

      It is a great product keeps all your paperwork nice neat and well bound. The only thing is the finishOf the Product is not perfect, In engineering terms the teeth Need to be deburred better(Sandpapering). It's a little bit shocked the touch
