2024-12-12T00:00:00My wife prefers a traditional remote and this is great so we don't have to use the game controller all the time for streaming. Removing the back panel was a little difficult as I don't have long nails, but that's probably for the best so that it's sturdy and doesn't fall off easily. -

2024-11-03T00:00:00I don’t typically leave a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to leave one for this. I’ve had my PS5 since release date. Just until a few months ago I used it for strictly gaming. Now I use it as a media hub for all my steaming. I was tired of using my remote and having to constantly worry about it going to sleep and constantly recharging it. -

2024-01-19T00:00:00This remote is awesome. I have a Samsung TV for the last 4 or 5 years and since day one, the Samsung remote didn't work well. You have to stand in specific places for it to connect to the tv and it's like you have to wait for the tv to do whatever before pushing the next button. I got the PS5 remote primarily to watch shows or movies on my PS5. The option to be able to use it for my tv was just a bonus. -

2025-01-02T00:00:00This is really a great media remote. Better than the PS4 Media Remote, but not as good as the PS3 Media Remote. Setup is easy (but not as easy as a Apple product). It has fantastic range and good battery life. Note: A Bluetooth device will never have the battery life of a simple IR remote. I'm using eneloop rechargeable batteries. Design, comfort and button placement are really good. Cons: The battery cover is strange and not easy to remove. Would like to have: more dedicated buttons - example a disc eject button.

Prefiero utilizar mi PS5 como hub central de entretenimiento por la rapidez de los apps de video en comparación a los de mi Smart TV y este control es mil veces mejor que el estar utilizando el Dualsense como control remoto. -
