We keep these in the freezer for my son and luckily they hold little to no smell or weird taste, and is able to provide that soothing effect he is looking for when he is fussy. Love the handles because it is easier for him to hold. I do wish they stayed cold longer as one side only lasts about 5-7 minutes total teething time, but since they are double sided and come in a 2 pack, I just switch them out often. He prefers the bright red! -

I will say as a 4 month old she does struggle a little bit with the handles: they are a little awkwardly big for her. The cooling affect wares off pretty fast but I always keep both in the freezer so once she’s done with one I could just grab the other but normally one does the trick for her. Overall product does what it should and is a decent price for what you’re getting! -

She has done SO great having the handles. I love that each piece can be put into the freezer and baby isn't holding anything too cold. I have cleaned each piece of this kit lots and lots of times and everything has held up great. I love how there is multiple teething pieces for different teeth within babies mouth. Frida Baby products are the BEST!
