2023-01-22T00:00:00Really good cord I use it for the Oculus quest 2 works great definitely recommend decent priced very sturdy it seems like it'll last a long time but I will say it does not charge fast enough so it does die after some gameplay that might be how I have it hooked up not sure but I've got a USBC to USBC out of my computer so that should not be a problem I'm going to do some more testing and if anything changes I will put it in my comments -

2024-12-12T00:00:00Ive had this cord for 2 years and its been stepped on, twisted, yankee, pulled, tossed evry which way and has never once failed me. bought in 2022 for my oculus and to this day has held its strength and power both ports are still snug and fit like new. used it for my phone and other devices with all of them holding power and charge. i HIGHLY recommend this cord. i suspect ill have it for another couple years so long as i take care of it.

2024-12-08T00:00:00I bought 2 of these cables, and I plug one end into the super speed type C port on my motherboard and then the other to my quest. You will hear a VERY audible buzzing noise from the cables and The Oculus software will Not let you use the cable. Yes, I've tried both cables.

2022-12-30T00:00:00My only concerns are the weight and stiffness of the cable, especially for use on a VR headset. It needs to be more flexible, and the weight could add unnecessary strain to the USB-C port on the side of the Quest 2 (especially since it's going to be in motion). As some people have mentioned, you can either have it go around the head strap (using it as a support), or (what I've done) use a Velcro cable tie to attach it to the side of the head strap. I did also experience an issue with the cable staying securely connected to my motherboard's native USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port and had to resort to using the one on my GPU (2080 Super). However, I'm getting 3.1 Gbps speed in the Oculus cable test with that port. -

2024-07-10T00:00:00This is a beast of a cable and I mean CABLE. Solid construction no of this flimsy plastic break-in-a-month stuff. The braid is THICK and better made than Quest has been able to produce. This product rates on my 1to5 scale a 5* VERY SOLID BUY! I usually reserve this rating for the very best and this product is more than worthy of that. I highly recommend.

2024-08-01T00:00:00I've used this with my R5 for tethering with Lightroom. The photos are instant. I don't do video so I can't speak for it but if you're looking for a tether cable for your lightroom or other photo programs, this will work! It also maintains the camera charging while plugged in. But this will depend on your motherboard connection. Best to plug it directly into a motherboard type C connection. -
