2024-09-26T00:00:00I will admit that this storage unit was not what I expected. Beyond that everything about this storage unit is awesome! What stands out to me is how easy this is to put together. The unit comes in several pieces and they all fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. No tools needed. Once put together the storage space inside is not as big as I would have hoped but I’ve got a lot of junk in my garage to store. I had already considered that I might need 2 of these storage units. I also plan to get one for my deck outside. I like the fact that you can lock the unit to protect what’s inside. I might not need that for those in my garage, but very possible for the one I end up placing on my deck. I would recommend this storage unit. Everything is placed inside so my garage looks nice and neat. The color (black) and design of the storage unit make it look very attractive. Being weather resistant is an added bonus! -

2023-06-17T00:00:00It's what I needed for a deck box. Large enough to fit what I want and sturdy enough for light items. It's a fairly sturdy plastic but not sturdy enough to sit on, if that gives you any indication. I've kept folding deck chairs in it just fine. It is not rainproof though, and water collects when it rains, so I had to buy a separate deck box cover. A little annoying to have to buy a cover for it and remember to put it on before it rains.

I put the first one together in less than 10 minutes - which included reading the instructions. The slowest part was just making sure I knew how the pieces should be oriented. The next one went together in less than 3 minutes and both are simply attractive and functional (I like the charcoal grey color - which I feel is classier than the traditional dark brown). Thanks to Keter for putting out a quality product. I'm going to order some winter covers so they stay nice as long as possible.

2025-01-03T00:00:00Having put together deck boxes in the past I was wary to believe this Keter box would be as simple as they say to build, but in fact it was even easier than I expected. NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED. It takes about 15 minutes maybe and the end result is a nice looking deck box for a great price. -

2023-12-15T00:00:00I am very disappointed with this purchase due to poor customer service from Keter. The box itself would have been lovely however, it arrived without any of the hinges or associated pieces. I reached out to Keter and they responded within a day. However, they responded with a manual and asked me to list out which items were missing. I had already said I was missing every single piece except the 4 walls, lid, and bottom. Logic would say order every other piece listed in the manual. However, I responded back with the part numbers. Since then, I have been receiving automated emails saying if I don't respond they are closing my case. I have responded every time, on the same day. It is now a month since I purchased the deck box. I must return to Amazon within 30 days, so back it goes. It has been sitting partially assembled in my living room the entire time. Tip for Keter - You need to have your SalesForce email integration fixed. It's either not logging customer responses, or the responses aren't being read. Additionally, isn't the goal of most companies to resolve a customer issue with only one interaction? The CS rep was either too lazy to list the part numbers and order them for me or he just didn't care. Either way, you have an issue with customer service as well. This would have been the fourth matching deck box I purchased for my backyard. I'm not reordering. I'd rather have a mismatched box then deal with this hassle again. Keter lost me as a customer.

Once you have your head around what you are looking at and the instructions supplied then assembly is easy, it is all click together no screws or bolts. You can add your own padlock if you want, weatherproof, sturdy and lightweight
