2024-10-25T00:00:00We got this for a 5th grade birthday gift and it has been a big hit. The ability to spin and flip makes it fun to run in the house and play chase. Nothing can stop it so it works great in a cluttered house it just climbs over shoes and other objects, and flips around when it hits a wall. The lights are clever - a different color on top and bottom allow you to tell if it’s facing forward, since it can flip. If we need to get someone else a birthday present this will be on our list to consider. -

2024-01-02T00:00:00Six year old loves it. So do the grown ups. But it's a little hard to control because it's so fast. It would be amazing if you could switch it to slow mode while learning the controls. I suppose that's what gets the most laughs though. Also, charging requires opening the battery compartment with a screwdriver (and the screw is easy to lose). I thought we'd be able to plug the usb directly into the car for easy charging. In any case, the car is tough, and fun. Good for the price.

My granddaughter doesn’t live close by so when my family came for a visit we spent most of the time either getting this remote toy to work or had to keep replacing the batteries !!! We bought new Energizer Batteries too and we tried them in other things and they worked !!! So I know there’s something wrong with this toy itself for I’m heartbroken that my granddaughter received a damaged toy for her birthday and want credit for this toy that arrived damaged !!! The controls are relatively simple (you do need to use 2 joysticks one to control each pair of wheels). It takes on walls and chairs like no ones business!
