      I bought the 100ft kit and one of the light strands went bad due to a tear in the strip at the plug-in source. I contacted the company via the email they provide, advised them of the situation, and they sent me a replacement kit for the one I purchased. From the time I emailed them until I got the product was less than 5 days. They replaced it with no hassle and no hoops to jump through. The customer service was amazing.

      So when I got the package and opened the box, a strong smell got released and almost instantly a bad headache. Especially now that I have set up.

      I like the lights. The only thing I don’t like is the buttons on my tv remote interfere with the lights . If I turn the volume on my tv up or down or change the channel the lights also change or the lights will start flickering which is weird and annoying

      The media could not be loaded.  The only reason I am giving these 4 stars is because this is the second time I’ve bought these. The first time I bought 2, 50 ft strips. I used both and had about 30 ft left over. When I was finished I realized there was nothing concerning how or where to cut them. I ended up cutting it wrong and I had a small section of lights that where not working. I thought it was fine and ignored it, for the most part. I had them up for about two weeks when I went to turn them on and the lights where two different colors on each strip of lights. It seemed as the two different sides where the colors that mix to make the one I wanted. I emailed the company and they helped me troubleshoot. Nothing worked, and I bought another set, this time only 65.5 ft. All I’m saying is don’t buy lights you don’t need, measure your area first. Thanks for reading! ?

      Works great, easy to install and easy to use. The iPhone app is also very easy and so far works as it should. Only problem I had was both light strips in the box I got were damaged and didn’t work. After contacting the company, they sent me a new one right away. Very good customer service.

      i took the chance in getting these considering how expensive LED strips are these daysand they did not disappoint , the sticky side REALLY sticks i had messed up on a corner and when i tried to fix it it ripped off the paint so that tells you how good the sticky part is very bright in some colors 10/10 very good quality i couldt believe the price :)

      We put it up in our living room and my mom loves it, my dad had to use a step ladder to put up the strips lol but it was worth it! She has no complaints. We can even control the lights through the app which is really cool. Putting it up was pretty easy as long as you can reach. The lights are pretty awesome. I would recommend, love the colors!

      Installed in 30 min. Trim to fit works. Trim on the 4 copper not the silver soder. For 20 bucks ! A no Brainer. Gonna buy another one for my new trailer soon .

      So it does connect to your Bluetooth through an app on the appstore free to andriod but it DOES NOT connect to Spotify. While I was hoping it did I'm not dissatisfied with the product itself! It was a lengthy process for me because I had to use a stepstool but as long as you clean the surface before applying the strips they stick like a dream! Be VERY CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING!!!!! I accidently bent a part and it kinda got ripped but was still connected. I turned it on and it worked still (thank goodness I was about to be so bummed) but the part where it got tore, certain colors it will come up with 2 different colors instead of a solid color! But I'm not disappointed just more colors for the room! I will be buying again to finish out my house in these lights!!
