Spartan Mosquito Pro Tech kills mosquitoes for up to 30 days so you can enjoy the outdoors. Spartan Mosquito Pro Tech also doesn’t require batteries or electricity, just add warm water and shake! Four tubes will kill mosquitoes in areas 1 acre or smaller and areas with less mosquito pressure and deployed early in the season. Refer to Mosquito Emergence and Deployment Map on package insert for product placement timing. Prepare Spartan Mosquito Pro Tech by removing all contents from the box. For each tube, remove the temporary white cap and fill with WARM water to the fill line indicated on the back of the tube. Replace white cap. SHAKE THOROUGHLY. Remove white cap. Attach hooks to black caps for hanging, and secure the black caps to the top of the tubes. Hang the tubes along the perimeter/property line of the area to be protected, each tube no more than 180 feet apart. Hang the tubes at least 80 feet away from areas where people gather, since mosquitoes will gather near them. If you have woods, heavy vegetation, or a water feature that attracts mosquitoes, hang at least one tube near or within that area, 80 feet away from people. Place an additional tube near that area if outside of the protected zone. Hang the tubes approximately six feet above the ground and no more than 180 feet apart. The ideal place to hang tubes is on a large tree against the trunk on a sturdy branch, or just inside a bush, where they will be shaded and be partially protected from rain. This prevents evaporation and allows some water replenishment from rain. Ensure the water level remains above the WATER LEVEL LOW line for optimal performance. Periodically check tube water level and replenish with water to fill line. If a tube falls or gets knocked off and the contents empty, replace it with a new one. If the tube gets flooded due to heavy rains, dispose of the flooded tube and replace it with a new one.
