I brought it home two weeks ago and started using it. Loved it for almost two weeks. Now it’s broke and past the return date. -

2024-11-23T00:00:00I had specifically purchased some coffee in Keurig like pods in anticipation for this purchase and the machine worked well initially until it stopped working and there's leaking. I have tried the troubleshooting options that are provided for this machine, but nothing fixes it. I am glad that the product has one year warranty and I will contact the support for the product . Since they provide email support for the coffee machine. I will be updating this review. I I will update this review as the events unfold.

2024-06-08T00:00:00Update: August 6, 2024. the coffee maker stopped working a couple weeks ago. I cleaned it out as well as I could. It's overheating so bad that the water is boiling and the middle of the base is super hot to the touch - but the water is not passing through to make coffee.
