Very horribly beat up, but once got through the box and seen the equipment I was happy! As I could clearly see it was new not used and it was assembled and ready to use straight out the storm box.. lol!! I will say I am confused abt the middle knob thing to move cause it does nothing different to me no matter where its moved at.. but that's a small thing!! I am actually a coach and we are doing a journal making course so I will be 1. making journals directly with this machine and 2. I will be advising my students to purchase from this vendor. This is a affordable easy tool to get your started in journal making and that's great. You may want to update over time but to start its worth it!! So thank you for being a good vendor with a good product that is new and so far worth the cost!! Thank you once again!

2021-06-21T00:00:00When the box was opened, there were broken zip ties and it appeared to have been used. The punching handle won’t go all the way down and punches only four holes. The dial with the white line is set to punching and I’ve read the directions/watched multiple videos and still can’t get it to work. The margin slider won’t move either. I bought this as a gift for my daughter a couple of months in advanced, so it is now not returnable. If you buy this product, please make sure you open the package upon receiving to ensure it works.

2022-07-15T00:00:00The description clearly states that it can punch holes for comb binding as well as wire binding, it cannot. It is a wire binding machine only. It appears as though it is very well built and would work for wire binding, I only needed it for comb binding though.

2023-06-21T00:00:00I used my machine for office projects for marketing. It worked okay for a few weeks and then screws started coming from the inside of the machine and it just stopped working afterwards. I can’t punch holes with it at all. I wouldn’t recommend it for purchase. -
