2023-02-07T00:00:00I originally bought HR Block business because I have used their personal programs successfully for years. Their business program is terrible--the interview does not work, the answers to questions are non-existent and it got me nowhere close to the right forms (I have rental real estate as part of an LLC). Finally I gave up and bought this program. 2 hours later I was completely done with a relatively complicated tax return with accurate K1s and the rental income/expenses and depreciation correctly accounted for. Definitely worth the money I paid. Only upgrade would be to include one state filing (versus charging another $50 for that).

2023-03-21T00:00:00Hire a professional or do it yourself. This software in my opinion is the only DIY option for the complicated mess that is US tax code for corporations and LLCs. Even so, I think it's priced unfairly high. It even went up twenty dollars in the last two weeks prior to my purchase.

2023-01-08T00:00:00I downloaded TurboTax and Turbotax for Business. Both require updates when first started. Neither will complete the required update. It just hangs with the update status bar at zero. Task manager shows Intuit Updater running but not data transferring over the network. I even tried opening up TT 2021 and it won't update either (which it had been doing last year). So obviously there is a compatibility issue with Windows 10 (probably a firewall issue) that causes it to not update. I tried shutting off Windows firewall but it didn't help. I even tried going to TT website and downloading the update manually but it doesn't show any updates as being applicable to TT 2022. Typical Intuit. So terrible. From Quicken and Quickbooks to TurboTax they have the worst software. Ugh, what a waste of time.

2023-03-07T00:00:00I just needed something to file the business taxes as my state will not take paper filed 1120s forms. I just wanted to do them myself as they’re not that complex for my operation. TaxAct has screwed up the filing in the past so I went with TurboTax. It’s worked great and all docs were filed as necessary.

2023-01-22T00:00:00Once purchase, receive email confirmation, login & download, install & update, it only takes 15-20min to finished. Use this software 2 years, I am a senior accountant, for me, Turbo Tax is good to use for business & personal, forms & update on time.

2023-02-22T00:00:00This is a good tax program for Trust accounts. I don’t have a business or all of the other things this program covers but it works good for a Trust. I think the price is a bit ridiculous but prices have gone up for everything these days.
