I noticed that there was one letter missing from my email address, which I believe was my mistake when I submitted the order. Terry printed up new tags which he is sending at no additional charge, even though the mistake wasn’t his fault. I’m impressed by this level of customer service - it’s refreshing to be treated so well. This is an Amazon vendor that should be supported. Great quality & great customer service — can’t beat it! -

2024-11-28T00:00:00They held up well through my last trip that included airline and cruise ship handling. Others have been destroyed by airlines, these are small enough and tough enough to hold up through that. I would order them again. I got the lime green for visibility on the carousel.
