They have been great and really care about their customers and potential customers. They care about their product and making sure it meets the expectations of potential buyers. While this product did not work out for me this time, I will definitely try other products from this company. -

2023-06-02T00:00:00I Purchased Several units each had it's on set of problems 2 of them had debris between the lens making the picture unwatchable so it was nothing I could do about it... the other ones I returned when I found out it doesn't have a True App Store/Google Play Store and for that reason i returned them.... I wanted A Standalone Projector and that was My Main reason for purchasing these units so I wouldn't have to connect anything else to it once it was mounted to the ceiling less stuff to connect and mount........I loved the auto focus feature and the 4D keystone correction .... If you project 120" or less image you'll have a picture that will rival some projectors that are 3 to 5 times it's price point so hands down for the money and features it's the best projector in its class at it's price point if it wasn't for the issues I would've kept all 4 units

2023-07-24T00:00:00There is no standard screw for holding the projector at the bottom, so you should place it on the table. Definitely the light ANSI Lumens is a big lie. Also you can not set the bright light and the auto Focus is a joke. Not recommen -

2023-09-24T00:00:00We love the ease of installing our outdoor projector. The focus feature is great for clear pictures on the screen. We have it hooked up to our Alexa studio, but the original sound was good also. It was a good value and great addition to our back yard.

2024-01-28T00:00:00In less than 6 months and with limited use, the projector started to develop pixel spots but more disappointing was the brownish spot the left top corner which grows with each use. The store selling this projector no longer sells this model and have no information listed on their warranty.

2023-04-23T00:00:00My wife enjoys watching movies outdoors until the weather gets too hot and to facilitate that I got us a Bluetooth projector and screen a few months back. We've used it so much it's time for an upgrade and this is it. Really nice unit that offers a crazy amount of versatility. The Android TV interface is great and allows it to interface with the applications I already have on my phone. It also helps facilitate transferring files from the phone to the device. I've got external speakers to use with this projector but if I didn't I'd be in good shape--the on board speakers deliver excellent sound and the Bluetooth 5.0 allows it to be used with headphones. The picture quality is excellent and looks great on our 120" screen. I was particularly impressed with the brightness of the image--that's an area where some of the other projectors we've tried fell flat. One of the better Bluetooth projectors I've used. Highly recommended!
