2023-09-18T00:00:00I bought it as an inexpensive mister for my plants that were turning crispy in the heat and sun on my balcony. I needed something that could use outdoors that could handle the heat. You have to keep refilling the mister every 30-60 minutes but if I'm working at home I'm around to do it so it's ok. I think it helped the plants. And it makes it more comfortable to sit in the hot space.

2024-07-20T00:00:00I've had this fan for a month, and two weeks, I believe. The water I use from work isn't great. It has a lot of lime scale in it and it shows on the fan over time. I read reviews about the fan getting moldy on the inside and I'm not surprised. Stagnant water will become moldy. Run the fan until it is out of water. I work in a warehouse that has no a/c, if you put Ice cold water in it. It will drop the temperature as long as your about Four feet or less away from it.It won't be drastic, and you may not realize it. But it can drop the temperature within that range, about nine degrees, depending on how cold the water is. You have to realize you are getting what you paid for this thing is not perfect, but it will make your life a little bit more acceptable in hot weather. I've been running it for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. -

2024-10-05T00:00:00I bought this to handle the last few weeks of Vegas heat watching baseball. The first weekend I used it, it was GREAT!!! I was so happy to finally find something to cool me off with a powerful mist. But the second weekend the mist was barely there and coming out. I’m so bummed. The fan still works great and powerful. Just wished I got more than one weekend from the mister. We only have a couple more weeks of unbearable heat so I won’t need it for long. I’ll probably still reach out to customer service to see if can do anything.

2024-08-02T00:00:00This P20 mist fan is a great little portable cooling device. The first battery charge took a while at 5V/2A, but subsequent charges were faster. I only use the lowest fan setting so it’s quiet and lasts a long while. The only bummer is the water reservoir is far too small IMHO. In intermittent spray mode, misting every other 10 seconds, it only lasts for 60-90min. I’m trying to think of a hack to syphon more water into the reservoir for increased spray time without prompting a refill. I live off-grid and it keeps me cooler than a fan alone with no solar power draw except when I charge it. I considered a power tool battery bucket-top mist fan, which I still may purchase, but they’re over $100 and this was only $40. It’s well worth that, but YMMV.

2024-08-12T00:00:00We had some car air conditioner troubles and so got this to help us as we figured out a solution. This has come in handy far more than I would have expected. If you put ice water in here it really works to cool you down quickly. We took it camping and then it was good for a night light in the tent, and also helped on hot days. The mister is especially good because it makes such tiny water droplets that like your face doesn't get all wet. I'm honestly really impressed and also I love the size of the battery that this can go for hours on end. Perfect for long road trips, camping, or things like that.
