2023-07-05T00:00:00It stays about 83 degrees in my bedroom. If you put ice in it, and if you blast it on high, and if you stand no further than 12 inches away, it will provide a relief. It's not cold air, and it won't cool down the room, but it's just cool enough to stave off the heat if you sit in front of it. It works just fine and it runs pretty quiet. The remote and the light work altho I rarely use either. Part of what led me to buy this model as opposed to others is how easy it is to fill. I keep a gallon jug of water nearby and you just pop the top open, you can easily see how much to fill it, and put the top back. It seems to last a while on one fill. It has really minimal condensation so I haven't had to empty the reservoir. -

He words nights and needs to have the ability to rest during the day. I needed to find a cooling system for my son who lives in an apartment. He has a room that does not have good circulation and he was not sleeping well. We did our due diligence and looked for an affordable solution for him. My son has a room that does not cool well and was in need of help as he sleeps during the day. There are so many choices out there and this was one that had good ratings. It works great in a small room and keeps it consistently cooler. The cooler directions were easy to follow and it was easy to set up and is easy to clean and maintain for use. We live in Arizona and we need all the help we can get.

2023-05-13T00:00:00I got this unit and right from the start I felt like this might be a return. Everything seemed packaged okay, but when I opened up the water tank, there was droplets of water inside. Clearly showing this had been used. Also a scratch on the top edge of the water tank that took the paint off. I tried it out anyhow having some hope. I filled with water, but some ice in there and tried using it for a bit. While I can feel coolish air coming out of it, its not that noticeable. I am using this in a basement enclosed office that gets hot due to computers. The humidity is 36% which should be PLENTY low enough. The fan is weak even on high. Needless to say I am returning the unit. If there is one thing I can say positive about it, I haven't noticed any leaking around the unit like a smaller unit I tried had. Honestly, about the only thing "cool" about this unit imo, is the RGB lighting. Personally, I'd steer clear of this. I let it ran for over 20 mins and couldn't tell much of any change with it blowing right on me at my desk. -

We recently moved from a house that had central air but the upstairs was still an oven and we just moved to a house without central air and I bought one to try out. It worked great for cooling a personal space — even in my son’s room who is a gamer and his devices make the room very warm. Worked great. Ordered a second one for myself for the new house. It works great and is very quiet. It helps keep the room cool and is very helpful for sleeping. The water lasts longer than it says on the packaging which is very helpful for me as well.

2023-07-19T00:00:00This is a great product in general, the fan settings are relatively quiet and the misting humidifier appears to work decently well for the price considered. Even using the water misting feature it holds water for a long period of time and while it certainly a whole room AC, if it’s near you, you’ll feel a difference. It runs on very little energy and allows you to turn the glowing lights off at night or if you don’t like them but boy we’re the other comments and question answers not kidding when they said any remote in the world could turn this thing on and off!! -

2023-07-12T00:00:00The unit cools pretty well and keeps me comfortable on hot nights. However, I need to keep it in a metal bowl lined with a towel because it leaks a lot if water. And when I pick it up to make sure no water is getting on my night stand, it pours water onto the floor. Not sure if I got a dud or if this is a problem across the board. Definitely not ideal.
