Easy to plant first, get creative and cut the mat to preferred shape and size. Then, cover the mat with no more than 1/8”-1/4” soil. For best results the white mat shouldn’t be visible under the soil. 6. Soak the mat area entirely (preferably using a hose with a fine spray) until the area is saturated with water. Continue to keep the mat area moist for a few weeks until the plants are established (3-5” high). CHECK DAILY to be sure the top 1” of soil is moist.

2023-06-02T00:00:00The only instruction is which side to face up. Nothing about watering, fertilizer, etc. I've cut mine into three parts. One is in a grow box with soil, another is next to a thriving batch of creeping red thyme that I planted two years ago, and the third is in a small plot where I turned the soil, removed the grass and Wes l weeds. I've been watering them to keep them moist but not wet. Not one of them had sprouted. For the money, I could have gotten well over 10,000 seeds in a packet. This is a poor choice. -

2024-10-22T00:00:00I was disappointed with the BloomingBulb Seed Mat. I could not get the mat to grow at all. I divided it into different areas, staked it down, kept it moist ... nothing. I was concerned that maybe I was keeping it too wet - so I misted one section 2x a day. Still nothing. I was looking forward to the flowers. -
