2024-10-26T00:00:00I've only had it installed for a few days, but so far it has far exceeded my expectations considering the price for this thing. It was super simple to setup and works great. I saw some reviews that complained that it is noisy, but I do not find that to be the case. Yes, you can hear it, but it's honestly quieter than I would've expected. As long as you make sure the tubing is fully pressed into the connectors, it doesn't leak at all. Also, be sure you pay attention to the note in the directions that mentions not to place your water reservoir higher than your pump so that you do not cause a siphoning effect that can cause the system to continually drip. If you set things up like the directions clearly explain, it works fantastic. -

And for the record, I took my own advice and got the non-wifi version (same brand) and plugged into a smart plug. 5 stars on that one!

I took a gamble on this one because there were a couple reviews saying that the fittings were leaking or it was just straight dead on arrival. So when I received mine with slight surface scratches I was skeptical it had been used before and just repackaged and shipped. BUT after setting it all up I'm very pleasantly surprised. I'm sure the scratches were just from rough shipping now because I didn't have to work in any magic tools to set it up. 2024-03-03T00:00:00I’m being so serious, I bought this yesterday night to make taking care of my crestie easier for my mom while I was away. I set this up to mist for 15 seconds every five hours, just to test it, before I went to bed at 8pm. At approximately 2am, my mom woke me up saying that the tank was flooded, and that water was all over our floors. I can only assume that when it started misting at 1am, it started misting and just didn’t stop. I ran up to unplug it, I plugged it back in just to see what would happen, it immediately started misting again. I’m just glad someone was awake before it could’ve gotten worse. I have a picture of the flooded cage (poor crestie 💔luckily he’s ok) I dried the floor immediately but I drew a picture of how it looked 💀 I wasn’t sure I could explain exactly how much water had leaked through writing but trust me it was a lot. I honestly don’t know what happened, I’m reading the manual right now and it doesn’t seem like I set it up wrong, I disconnected it from the water just to see if it would continue attempting to mist but it seems it’s stopped now. I’ll update this if anything else happens but it seems like the worst is behind us 😅

2024-06-26T00:00:00I used it for misting my plants and cooling off my patio, so I'm the reptile in this case. Does the job well and the app is great - simple and fully customizable. I tried other models that had pretty restrictive automation settings. I basically wanted it to just go for 30 seconds every ten minutes between certain sunny hours of the day. This does it and works great. I added two extra misters and it still has enough power to operate (4 misters total). Included is fair amount of tubing and two misting nozzles.
