2023-04-20T00:00:00This is a pretty good grip strengthener. It works great for my husband but it hurts my wrist after a bit of stretching. The strap digs into my skin some. (That's why I gave 4 stars) Not so bad I won't use it and If I put it on just right it doesn't really bug me. I like the different settings so you can work up your strength or for my husband who can obviously use a higher weight than me. It's perfect. -

2023-09-14T00:00:00Within a monthone of the finger holes on the black band broke and after using the 6/8/11 band for about 2 weeks the 11 pound option is ripping. Granted it's only $16 bucks, but the rubber could be better. I really like how it works my anterior forearm though

Once, I had to return within a few days after buying it due to poor quality. Till it lasted, I saw good progress in my strength but alas, it did not last for even two months!
