2024-11-24T00:00:00It is durable and easy to wash, doesn’t flake when scratched. We put it up along one inner wall to eliminate reflection and it is staying in place well with just some tape, though we may glue it in since it is working to improve our buddy’s mental health. We have faux vines along another wall, a desert scene sticker on the other short wall and the front view it to the living room and thus loads of visual stimulation. He likes hanging out under the sun lamp on his constructed hill next to the hanging black-mat when he isn’t basking in his hammock. I think he feels very safe there.

2023-08-03T00:00:00I got them for my 4x2x2. I got the smaller sized one, because I want different types of 'terrain' environments for my dragons. It ALMOST covers it, it covers a little over 3/4ths of the tank. It was funny my male doesn't like to poop on his pad he likes it so much, he finds a designated corner on the tile to do his business. He refuses to dirty this up. I really like them, they don't hold bacteria, they get great traction, and don't slide around their tanks. My only problem with this, is when my female uses it to go to the bathroom, i wipe it with paper towel, then i use a wet paper towel clean it, then a dry one and then I use the vet grade cleaner and I STILL cannot get this white residue that is left behind where they used the bathroom. I don't understand it. I haven't figured it out yet. I would buy this again but i bothers me that its these white spots make it seem like its dirty when i can ensure its not dirty. -
