2023-12-13T00:00:00(TL;DR: Mostly wear the 1.4” lift. Fits in my size 9 shoes mostly fine. Feet kinda stick out of low shoes, but not enough to be a problem. Got used to walking in them pretty fast. Not good for walking around all day. They don’t add quite as much height as marketed - figure a third of an inch less. Buy real elevator shoes if you’re serious about it, but for this price, these lifts are a fine option.)

It’s comfortable and if I happen to buy a shoe just a little too big it accommodates the slack. I did play basketball in it once and they didn’t do too well but that’s not the purpose of it so no fault on the product. -

I tried to put them in other shoes but they don't work as well, they are extremely hard to get in and out of the shoes so I just never take them out unless absolutely necessary. I would say I recommend for high top shoes but they don't meet most peoples needs, they seem like they are going to wear out and fall apart but they are working so far.
