2023-08-17T00:00:00I was so excited after reading the reviews and doing my research, to use this product as an alternative to shaving. Im someone who always thoroughly reads the instructions before using something new. With the first use, i didnt notice any signs of a problem until I had finished using it on both of my legs. When i got out of the shower to dry off, i noticed my legs feeling raw and sensitive to the touch of the towel. I looked down and saw what at first felt like a surface burn. I do not have sensitive skin, so i was taken back! I applied Neosporin to my entire legs but as time went on, it got more and more uncomfortable, and more and more raw. It felt and looked like I had fallen off of a motorbike and scraped my skin across the concrete! It took weeks to heal, I was extremely uncomfortable, unable to sleep and I was continuously applying Neosporin day and night to feel any type of relief. A month or so later, im questioning myself about whether or not i was too rough when using the product because I know i did my research properly! So me being a dummy, tried using it on one leg again, but this time extremely carefully, slowly, and with extreme caution. Again, I couldnt feel that something was wrong until after the shower, but the exact thing happened again. Im so mad at myself for not getting pictures but i was more concerned with making sure it healed properly! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT FIRST DEGREE BURNS! -

2023-07-15T00:00:00Por querer ahorrar en cuchillas y querer descontaminar el medio ambiente de tanta basura decidí comprar este aparato, y fue la PEOR decision que pude tomar, lo use tal cual las indicaciones primero en mis piernas al comienzo normal no removia nadaaaaa entonces frote y frote suaveeeee y empece a sentir que me ardio sin embargo seguía en mis dos piernas, cuando salí de la ducha me empezo el dolor en las piernas sentía wie me quemaban y decidí aplicarme sabila y pensé que era leve entonces mi esposo quizo probarlo en su brazo pensando que yo hice algo mal al usarlo pero le dio el mismo resultado, es agresivo para nuestra piel, deberían cancelar este tipo de productos del mercado, ahora debo esperar masomenos dos semanas para recuperarme de las quemaduras que me ocasiono.

2023-06-24T00:00:00I bought this for my face. This Amazon info says it can be used on the face. The manual says that facial use should be avoided, altogether. The manual also says to use the product once every two to three weeks. I didn't see this information here or I wouldn't have made the purchase. Nevertheless, I decided to see if I could use this product daily on my face. It looked unlikely at first, but with only very minor irritation, I have used it daily for about 10 days. It is faster than the Hair Off facial buffer I have used and my skin is softer and feels hair-free longer than than if I shave.

2023-05-06T00:00:00I definitely don’t have sensitive skin but I used this twice, once on dry skin once in the shower and it hurts and burns so much. And it didn’t even remove all the hair in these areas but clearly I can’t use it again to remove the rest. And I’m trying to return but there are no viable drop off locations, they’re so far from me. It’ll cost me more to go drop it off than to just keep it. A trap! I never write reviews but unless your skin is basically plastic it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

2023-05-22T00:00:00Less is definitely more with this crystal eraser. It does exactly what it says it does. Using small circular motions and a little bit of water (like a damp wash cloth as you go), much like an exfoliating glove, rub until the hair is gone. You DO NOT need to feel like you are scratching yourself. If you feel like it’s scratching you as you rub, then you’re probably using too much pressure. It took all the hair off my legs without any razor bumps or nasty after effects. The instructions say to use it every 2-3 weeks, but if you’re using light pressure, you could probably get away with doing it once a week.

2023-07-02T00:00:00First of all I used it on one arm, which took 15 minutes. It even burnt? Me and caused a small irritation. I attempted to use it on my underarm however it burned too bad so I stopped and shaved. The initial picture is from right after, the next under arm is 24h later. I can’t imagine how long it would take to remove the hair from both legs, arms, underarms and bikini area! For this much time and pain I can just get waxed instead. I suffer from bad razor burn so was hoping to love this. 10/10 don’t recommend.
