2023-09-14T00:00:00I set the product up according to the instructions and it came on and worked perfectly for 10-15 minutes then it stopped blowing air. A day later it came back on but would only work on low, blowing out very little air before it stopped working altogether. I requested a replacement because I figured this could be a one-off but it could really be a good air conditioner and I wanted to give it another chance. The next day what I received was clearly a used replacement product that still had water in it and was VERY dirty inside. It was also missing 3 of the ice box packs and the charger. On top of that insult, I now have to wait up to 30 days for a full refund and I have to take the product in again (I already returned the previous unit) to be returned or pay a pickup fee. My advice; DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! -

2023-06-17T00:00:00As I get older, I need it colder and these triple digit temps are not cooperating. It's just a little mini swamp cooler - it's not going to cool and RV, or a room. But, if you put it on you bedside table, have two sets of the ice blocks, and change them out, it does add a pleasant cooling effect. It's quiet too! Not even white noise loud, unless I'm losing my hearing too. If you wanted to get fancy, you could put some essential oil in the top. I have a diffuser though and after awhile, you can no longer clean - the only option is trash. So I stick with water.

2023-08-11T00:00:00I used this while my AC unit wasn't working and they had to fix it in my building. The design is ingenious yet simple. It's EASY to set up and use. Basically you fill up three boxes with tap water, put them in the freezer, then put them in the slots so the fan can blow the cool air on you. You also must use TAP water only to fill in the box on top, which provides water for the atomizer to convert into mist which acts as a humidifier (I usually can't sleep when a humidifier is on, but this one doesnt make the room hot, obviously)I just keep it plugged in when I go to sleep and change out the ice boxes.

2023-08-04T00:00:00This is really useful if you’re just sitting at a desk and you have it blowing on you. But the ice packs don’t last very long. It might be a nice thing to have by the bed at night to augment the big central air and heat, but to use it as a primary way to cool yourself down, even in a small space, it’s not the most efficient way to go.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown, and I had no choice but to return it. I had envisioned a much-needed cooling solution while working outdoors, but the unit's poor performance made it impractical for tractor use.

2023-07-02T00:00:00Do not buy this. It’s a huge waste of your money. There is no easy way to empty out left over water. There’s no way to drain it other than to flip the entire thing upside down and shake it and hope you get enough water out so it doesn’t get a moldy smell, because it will. The buttons will stop working after a couple of weeks and the lighting on it will also stop working. After a couple weeks it won’t hold a charge because the part that holds tha charge if cable in place will be too far back for the thing to even detect it. DO NOT BUY THIS! -
