2025-01-21T00:00:00I stupidly didn't try the steamer for a couple of months and when I finally decided to use it, the top of the water tank couldn't be removed. I asked the strongest person I know to try and even he couldn't make it budge. I was so disappointed! I realize that it is way too late to return the steamer but was hoping there was a way to replace the tank. As usual, none of the trouble-shooting topics are relevant or helpful. So, basically, I paid for a steamer that's useless.

2024-11-30T00:00:00The media could not be loaded. I read a bunch of reviews saying it didn't work/ wasn't powerful enough, but I thought it worked great! Small, lightweight, and gets the job done! Super easy to use! Got all the wrinkles out of my skirt is less than 5 minutes! Literally just fill the water thing, plug it in, wait a minute to heat up, and it's ready to go! I bought it for travel, but I think I'm gonna use it at home too!

2023-11-24T00:00:00This steamer is fantastic! It emits a TON of steam and works very well on wrinkles. I used it on 100% cotton dress shirt, cotton/polyester blend trousers and a polyester women's suit jacket - all were wrinkle-free before they were packed, but they were squeezed into packing cubes and stuffed into a tight suitcase, so they had the usual travel wrinkles pretty badly. This steamer worked on everything! Note that this steamer won't work on higher voltage (e.g., in Europe) even with a voltage adapter (I blew the fuse on my voltage adapter....so don't do that....). It is small for travel and is like travelling with a hair dryer or a big hair waver/straightener. Will definitely be packing it for all my North American trips instead of relying on a hotel iron.

If you are paying attention to what you are doing, there should be no problems. It heats up fast and does an excellent job and ironing out wrinkles. I love that it's an iron and steamer in one. Super handy for travel too.
