2024-05-19T00:00:00The pump was easy to install and has worked wonderful. Filter Balls work fine fill the tank to max capacity. The Time however there is no instructions for but it works wonderful. Basically you can only cycle through the times when the pump is off. The times represent how long the pump will run for. so with pump off select the time you want the pump to circulate for. Then turn on the pump. At this point it will run for the set amount of hours and shut off. It will turn automatically back on the next day at the same time and run for the set hours and shut off until u manually turn the pump on/Off this will set a new time a day to run every time you manually turn it on/off. -

2024-05-23T00:00:00The media could not be loaded. Update 5.28.24 if your pump leaks near the motor you'll need a 301-15 mechanical seal. After a week I received the part number from the vendor. Good luck finding the part locally. See attached video for installation steps. The vendor should have this information attached to the product. I had to email for a week to gather this information and that's pretty sad.

2024-06-15T00:00:00The media could not be loaded. I have struggled for years to keep my pool clean but this sand filter changed that I wish I would have discovered it sooner. It has so many options for timers so that it can automatically shut off. The price was great I would have paid more if I would have known how it would make my cleaning so much easier. The flow is great you can see the ripples in the water as it renters the pool. The suction is great! My pool water is so clear! It is so quiet. It was so easy to set up. -

2024-08-12T00:00:00I purchased this pump because the one I had didn’t have enough gpm for the size pool I have. I had some challenges assembling, but some of that was my fault. I did have some issues with leaks, but eventually got them stopped. My main disappointment is the lid for the leaf catcher. Which the design of the lid is much easier to remove than my previous pump, there is no air vent. The only way to get air out is to loosen the lid. The basket doesn’t stay in position very well when you do this causing debris to go outside the basket. Eventually, I modified the lid to add an air vent. Adding a little gravel to the basket helps keep it in place when tightening the lid, but I still have to be careful. Works well once I solved my issues. -

2024-07-15T00:00:00This pump took forever to receive! When we got it the valve head opening where the wrong size for our pool hose. We had to go buy something’s to make it work. I was kinda disappointed. The pump works great now that we got it all hooked up.

2023-06-14T00:00:00This is a great product. Make sure you follow the instructions when hooking it up. It comes with everything it shows in the photos. If you don't already own a sand filter then make sure you buy the hoses as they are not included. Get 1.5" for this pump which fit perfectly with my pool. The hoses I bought off Amazon did comes with adapters but I did not need them. This pump is powerful and I can already tell the difference between it and the cheap filter and pump my pool came with. I am very excited to get away from those paper filters and save some money on that as well as spending less time cleaning my pool and actually getting to enjoy it more. I highly recommend this sand filter. Easy setup and installation.
