2024-06-11T00:00:00I have never written a product review but I felt inclined due to the exceptional customer service. I purchased these letters for a 1st birthday party. The set up was extremely easy. It took about 20 minutes to put together each letter. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the outcome of these letters. So much so that I went back and purchased the rest of a name and then a number 1 after that- all through the imprsv company. I had one issue with a letter. I contacted the company late at night and received a response within 2 hours. They were very kind, helpful and it was clear that their top priority was to make sure the letters I received were perfect and ON TIME for my party. The company stayed in contact through the whole process. From when my product shipped to once it was delivered and they even followed up after my party date to see how it went. I will be a lifetime customer.

In theory, yes, but it was difficult bc trying to get the glue all along the entire edge of each letter was beyond difficult bc you had to hold it together as you were glueing and holding it while waiting for the glue to dry. I got hot glue all over my carpet before figuring out I needed a drop cloth to protect it. It was an acrobat act trying to get it all done and it took me several hours to complete an R. Stringing up the lights was a problem in itself. There was no way to get the strand to fit all the holes for the bulbs. I tried every single configuration and the last bulb simply wouldn’t fit bc there wasn’t enough wire. I went to do the O and that was literally impossible bc I couldn’t get it to stand together at all to even get it glued. I was planning to make 7 total letters and I abandoned the project and threw them all away. I hired a vendor who makes and delivers wood marquee letters. Totally worth it as I saved myself a week of my life for crappy crappy letters that prob would have broken on the way to my daughter’s wedding venue.

2024-06-05T00:00:00I really loved them once we put them together. But it's the putting together that earned the low rating. They are VERY fragile, the reason for the lost of another star. If you aren't careful while putting them together you end up with total trash. We had to surgically save the first one we attempted putting together. But again, the finished product was sophisticated, dramatic and elegant. But they can never be used again...not ever...what ashame.

2024-10-22T00:00:00I bought these for my daughter’s quinceañera and there great. They were easy to put together. One of the lights didn’t work but I contacted them and I got a response within 30 minutes and I had the replacement the next day.

2024-09-11T00:00:00I ordered several letters for a marriage proposal spelling out MARRY ME. The letters were easy to put together and sturdy and all the bulbs worked and were the same color. I did have an issue with missing one piece of one of my 'M's. I emailed the company and they were SO QUICK to respond and overnighted me a whole new M. It came in time for the proposal! They looked so good and made the whole proposal so special. Would 100% order from them again!!!!

2024-09-15T00:00:00These are a great alternative if you don’t want to spend hundreds renting plastic letters. Letters were easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the battery spring broke off from one of the battery boxes so the letter “Y” wasn’t fully lit. Overall a great product!
