These buds are extremely comfortable, light, nicely formed to rest ON the ear, not just plugged in and hanging loosely. I'm all about charging time, comfort, battery size, etc., but sound is most important to me. -

2024-10-14T00:00:00I don't really write reviews at all. I had to write this one because for $17 these headphones sound almost exactly like my Razer kraken headphones that cost over $100. They also block out at least as much noise as those big ones do that cover my ears. Add in the fact that there's no cord noise and there's no connectors to go bad and that they can fit in your pocket, they are one of the best purchases I have ever found for someone who cares a lot about having good music to listen to especially if they have noise problems around them. Definitely worth way way more than $17 to me for those reasons. The first thing that instantly struck me about these headphones was the massive amount of bass they pack into a tiny earbud. I always listen to music with the equalizer cranked down on the treble and up on the bass for any kind of music with a heavy beat. These earbuds can handle the high level of bass that I crank the equalizer to and they still sound clear and crisp. I bought another pair of earbuds for almost the same price and they sound like garbage compared to these earbuds. There's a lot of quality difference in the same price range so don't take a chance and get something else just buy these if you want bass. -

2024-05-26T00:00:00Ok, received them. Bought 2 sets to have a backup. Plugged them into generic 5v usb chargers. One charged to 100% within 3 hours. The other was just stuck for 24 hours at 96% charge. So I figured plug it into the usb charger the 100% was plugged into. Bam! 100% within couple hours. All usb 5v chargers are definitely NOT the same! So please keep that in mind. Second, the sound wasn’t as bassy and loud as I prefer. More impatience on my part. Return started. Then after playing with both sets 100% charged I discovered these are awesome for the price! You have to make sure their properly inserted into the correct ear turned at an angle that directs the sound correctly into your ear canal and sends the sound directly into the ear drum. And don’t forget to set your EQ on your phone’s music settings to “flat” or custom with all sliders MAX up. These things KICK! I never leave reviews but had to on these. I’m listening to a set right now! If you have any pairing issues simply forget the device in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, stick em back in the case and starting fresh has resolved any pairing issues. Return cancelled. I like it loud! I like that bass to kick! 200% satisfied! After 500 charges (they may last longer) I’ll replace them! Price point you can’t go wrong! These are kicking little Bluetooth ear buds! A full charged set plays MAX for 8 hours or more! I would highly recommend them at this price! Remember, patience is the virtue of a wise man. Give them a week of playing around with them to figure out ALL the features before returning. I did, and I’m very glad I did not send them back! Amazing sound like top dollar brands! I give them 10 stars out of 5! Would definitely buy again! Definitely worth a week try out!

2024-11-18T00:00:00Hello Manufacturer, when I purchased this bluetooth headset it came with a two year warranty. I tried going to your website for warranty support. But guess what .. every time I click on the link for warranty support it brings me back to the start of the warranty support page. In other words, there is no way to make a warranty claim. The unit used to work fine but now it refuses to stay paired and randomly drops out of pairing in the middle of a call. An no .. nothing is wrong with my phone as it pairs and works well with other bluetooth devices. All I want is for you to honor your terms of sale and replace my unit under your two year warranty. I will update this page depending on what I hear back from the manufacturer.
