2023-06-04T00:00:00MOST OF THE REVIEWS are for some other product. Not for the sewing machine. So the "4.8" Star rating is meaningless. This is probably more like a 3-star item. Know what you are and are NOT getting with this product. It is fairly lightweight and will need to be hand-held while you use it. There is no information on getting the 6v DC adapter. I'm not 100% sure one will actually work with it if I find one. You can remove the test cloth that comes with the sewing machine, but you have to manually turn the wheel counter clockwise after unlocking the arm. It will be slow to move, so give it time. Be careful as you pull out the TEST material and thread that you guard the needle. It is possible to break it. -

2023-06-03T00:00:00I tried using this handheld sewing machine for small items like a bag strap and repairing a small hole in a makeup bag but the lip to fit the item in between the base and the needle was too small and made it very difficult to use. This item made me want to just take out the needle and thread. I ultimately ended up returning the item.

2023-05-16T00:00:00I ordered one and it seemed to already be used and jammed with the little test piece that comes with it. It would not work or move. I ordered a replacement and it ran but had also been used before as it had the batteries already in it. It didn’t work properly. I would not recommend this product

2023-06-15T00:00:00Simply put... this thing just doesn't stitch well... if you do manage to get it to travel across a garment long & straight enough to complete a hem, you'll find that it just quickly unravels... I just gave up & created a hem with a standard hand held needle. Will be returning this thing. -
