You get a variety mix of coconut, Carmel nut, peppermint, peanut butter cup & I swear you can’t taste the difference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these SUGAR-FREE CANDIES BY RUSSELL STOVERS. IVE HEARD that, you shld be careful not to eat too many at one time bc, you could end up on the porcelain throne…lol -

2025-10-29T00:00:00This candy is very good with no aftertaste. However, diabetics should use caution when eating. It’s sugar free but each serving (2 pieces) has 17 grams of carbohydrates and 13 grams of sugar alcohol. It WILL spike your glucose levels! I’ve noticed, though, that it doesn’t stay high for as long as regular sugar so just beware. I will only eat one piece and only after I’ve eaten protein and vegetables.
